In the wake of the planned launch of the latest Apple Watch, Best Buy just cut the price of the Series 8 by a small/medium level to the lowest price ever recorded: $279, a savings of $120. The previous lowest price was that of July’s Amazon Prime Day sale for $279. 99. This promotional value has limitations: it only applies to the Series 8 with a screen length of 41 mm, a small/medium band length and in starlight color. The small/medium bracelet length is designed to have wrist compatibility from 130 to 180 mm. If you prefer color, Amazon is your distributor: it offers this color at a retail price of $ 299, a saving of one hundred dollars compared to the original.
The Series 8 watch offers many smartwatch functions. The watch uses your phone’s GPS and Wi-Fi to connect to text messages, calls, music, podcasts, and a bunch of apps. The Series 8 also has health-focused features such as sleep tracking, Center Frequency Monitoring, and frame temperature. It also comes with less common features like accident and fall detection. Apple Watches also come with 3 free months of Apple Fitness Plus.
In terms of durability, the 8 Series is manufactured with a resistance to cracks, IP6X rating, dust and water up to 50 meters.
