Apple’s online store closed this morning in Germany, France, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada, as the company prepares to begin accepting pre-orders for Apple Vision Pro in all five regions.
Pre-orders begin at 5:00 p. m. Pacific Time or the following local times. Initial costs indexed in local currency are for the 256GB model minus prescription lenses and other accessories.
Apple Vision Pro will launch in all five countries on Friday, July 12, and interested consumers can electronically pre-order a 30-minute demo of the device at their local Apple Store starting on launch day, Thursday, July 18.
The Vision Pro is undoubtedly Apple’s most technically complex product and a remarkable technical achievement that impresses at first glance. However, potential buyers stop at an Apple Store to check it out and study its functions very well before making the purchase. Check out our Vision Pro overview to learn more.
Apple is expected to produce fewer than 400,000 Vision Pro headsets in 2024 due to the complexity of production, according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. However, Apple is reportedly already running a new edition of the Apple Vision Pro by 2025 that will be more affordable.
