AMD Launches Radeon RX 6950 XT, 6750 XT and 6650 XT Graphics

AMD just announced its next iteration of RX 6000 series graphics cards. Radeon RX 6950 XT ($1,099), 6750 XT ($549) and 6650 XT ($399) are expected to go on sale today. Each of the GPUs features faster clock speeds and GDDR6 memory than its predecessors. They have also improved the software and firmware of AMD’s latest generation of graphics cards.

Thanks to their clock speeds and superior specifications, the new RX 6000 GPUs are among the most productive graphics cards available.

While they’re better than their predecessors in many ways, it’s worth noting that the RX 6×50 series GPUs represent a generational first leap. Graphics cards are expected to offer a 5 to 6% increase over the last generation.

AMD’s new graphics cards also have superior power consumption, between 20 and 35 W more than the company’s newest set of GPUs. Even with higher strength requirements, the cards get greater functionality consistent with NVIDIA’s offering, according to AMD.

ASRock, ASUS, BIOSTAR, Gigabyte, MSI, Sapphire, PowerColor, XFX and Yeston are expected to have the RX 6950 XT, Radeon RX 6750 XT and Radeon RX 6650 XT graphics cards starting today. AMD will also offer the Radeon RX 6950 XT and Radon RX 6750 XT GPUs available on its website.

Our friends at Tom’s Hardware already have an AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT review to see how the GPU performs in the real world.

AMD just introduced its newest and largest graphics cards, the Radeon RX 6950 XT, 670XT and 6650 XT. They have higher clock speeds and faster memory than their predecessors and seamlessly take care of the most productive PC games.
