Amazon is introducing a new two-strike rule to fire workers who “intentionally” violate social distance rules at work, Amazon showed FOX Business.”

“We have had cases of workers deliberately violating our transparent rules on social estating on our sites, endangering both the individual and their colleagues,” said an Amazon spokesman.”People who deliberately violate our social estating rules will receive two warnings, at the time of documented crime, the dismissal would possibly occur.”

Smalls who had had much less contact with this colleague than some of his colleagues and had even met with warehouse managers about post-contact conditions.

Smalls and his attorneys are running with New York Attorney General Letitia James, who said his workplace is “considering all legal options” after Smalls’ firing.
