The main objective of this effort is to provide a built-in program that will allow a continuous, multidimensional, live, virtual and constructive educational platform (LVC) through various physical locations in the Marine Educational Corporation. Alion will integrate the diversity of the Navy and Southern California Offshore Tactical Training Line (CTTR) into the NCTE environment, which includes more than 1200 secure interconnected nodes in the United States and coalition countries. In addition, Alion and his colleagues will provide full operations and majortenance to the naval education corporate for the duration of the hiring activity.
