ST. JOSEPH (WJON News) – The vision for the former JR Mobile site in downtown St. Joseph is becoming more clear.
Owner Synergy posted data about its plans on its online page after receiving suggestions from a community-wide survey. They say they are impressed by the quantity and quality of what they have received.
Based on the feedback they received, they are moving forward with a food corridor concept and automatic faucet wall.
The new building will include a variety of culinary functions prepared by emerging chefs interested in launching their businesses. They say the building will allow families and friends to enjoy the cuisine of their choice and drinks.
Synergy says right now they are on the lookout for talented culinary minds interested in curating their kitchen within their vibrant food hall.
The St. Joseph EDA will discuss the project during its meeting on Tuesday night.
The asset is at the corner of 2d Avenue and Minnesota Street.
