After a successful beta test in December, Pheonix-based startup AerialSphere is expanding its 360-degree 3D mapping policy to 26 new markets nationwide.
After a successful test with the genuine real estate marketing platform iFoundAgent in 2019, the 360-degree IDX Internet application and the next generation API from Phoenix, AerialSphere, XP360, will now be held in 26 new markets in 15 states and Mexico, announced. Tuesday Arrangement
New markets are coming with Massachusetts, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, California and Mexico.
More than a portion of the new markets have been processed and will be available in AntenneSphere’s XP360 Internet application and more markets will be added each week, AntenneSphere co-founder DJ Vegh told Inman.
“IFoundAgent has been an assignment and a fair consumer for AerialSphere to produce our proof of concept for API integration with IDX providers,” Vegh said in an email sent to Inman. “In fact, this showed the price our product brings to the visitor (IDX supplier) and end users (agents).”
In an earlier inman article, Vegh explained the card creation procedure. The AntenneSphere team performs a series of flights using 4 cameras to capture a 360-degree view “in an instant”. From there, Vegh and his team process the symbol and apply longitudinal and latitudinal coordinates to the pixel of a symbol.
These coordinates allow the Vegh team to locate any classified ads in a given domain and overlay classified ads with MLS real-time market knowledge, such as express issues on Google Maps.

“It works precisely as a Google map works,” Vegh told Inman. “It’s just that our card is a 360-degree immersive map. Your audience can still see a descending spelling map, however, we load a data layer with our maps.”
Agents can choose from 4 options, adding a flexible starter plan, a basic package for $99 according to the month, a plus package for $299 according to a month and a professional plan for $499 according to each month.
“Currently, our XP360 Internet app allows agents to upload their own spheres, download their own topics of interest and percentage of those spheres directly to their websites, newsletters or presentations,” Vegh explained.
All versions allow agents to access spheres, which provide 360-degree three-dimensional maps of express markets. The single and fundamental versions restrict agents to two spheres, while the plus and pro versions offer 10 and 50 spheres respectively. Agents can then percentages of their spheres and lists within those spheres, which AerialSphere calls “points of interest,” with custom links.
Basic, Plus, and Business users can also integrate maps into their Internet sites to view them on demand and access the AntenneSphere Visitor Service Team’s chat and phone.
“Soon we will be direct integrations with many IDX providers,” Vegh said. “However, the API can be incorporated into any platform for smoother integration.”
The value of the AnenneSphere API solution varies because it offers licensing capabilities for businesses and resellers.
Looking ahead, Vegh said AerialSphere is on track to succeed in its 66-market target by the end of 2020 and supports agents’ policy requests.
“Fortunately, our air operations have not been adversely affected by the coronavirus,” Vegh said. “In fact, some spaces have been less difficult to capture because some airspaces are not as full as usual.”
“With the minimisation of business travel, we expect to see increased demand for our immersive maps, as it’s the closest thing to finding a region without having to be there,” he added. “Our immersive reports allow other people to have a sense of location, terrain, assets and aesthetics without having to set foot in a neighborhood.”
Beyond residential real estate, Vegh stated that the announcement of real estate corporations CB Commercial Real Estate and Cushman – Wakefield – Colliers International have trusted partners.
“Our maps allow other people to notice the global from below from issues of view that weren’t available in the past,” he said. “Our spheres are ideal for portfolio marketing, site selection, development, etc.”
“Our generation is fairly industry-independent: anyone using maps in your business can gain advantages from viewing things from 360-degree panoramas, rather than fundamental direct or indirect popular perspectives (45-degree angles),” he added.
