Owners of a luxury park have responded to accusations of a coronavirus case in one of its exclusive parks.

A widely shared message on Facebook claimed that a circle of relatives had visited Warren’s Abersoch site when they were “consciously positive to Covid-19.”

But the site’s owners, Haulfryn, say Warren has not been informed.

The message went on to say that the family circle had been moved by ambulance to be sent back to the hospital.

A haulfryn spokesman said: “We are aware of any covid-19 case in any of our parks in north Wales.

“The advocacy of the local community, our staff and holidaymakers is paramount and strict protocols, which add social distance measures and advanced cleaning regimes, are in a position of coverage for all.

“We’ve asked all of our parks to report any suspicious Covid-19 cases and a tactile search formula is in position if the scenario arises.”
