KEYPORT – A commercial asset on Clark Street, an organization of buildings where perfumes were made, sold for $5 million.
The 14-acre property, which includes 17 specialized buildings totaling 73,468 square feet, was purchased through Best Line Equipment, a Pennsylvania company that sells and rents structure equipment, according to Sheldon Gross Realty, who controlled the transaction.
Keyport’s assets owned by Fragrance Resources Inc., which manufactured perfumes and other fragrances. Best Line will reuse assets for the rental, sale and service of structure appliances.
“A sale of this magnitude demonstrates the exceptional quality of the property,” said Jonathan Glick, executive vice president of Sheldon Gross, who controlled the sale, senior sales vice president Glenn Jaffe and sales rep. Matthew Leonell.

“It is an expanding position with a construction for almost every one of the imaginable needs, and provides quick access to several major roads. This is definitely ideal for Best Line Equipment activities.”
Assets are at number 275 Clark Street in Keyport.
