With the Los Angeles Lakers and Houston Rockets advancing their streak on Tuesday, the Miami Heat will look to the Milwaukee Bucks from the 2020 NBA playoffs.
Milwaukee has pulled away from the sweep despite a limping Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle), but Miami still has a 3-1 lead. While the Bucks certainly hope to have the league’s MVP on the field, his availability for Game 5 is unclear.
On the night, the Lakers and Rockets battle for a win in Game 3 of their series, tied 1-1.

In the first game, all eyes are on Giannis.
Antetokounmpo tried to play on Sunday but injured his right ankle and only controlled 11 minutes. Although the Bucks escaped with a 118-115 victory, looking to navigate Game 5 without Giannis will be incredibly difficult.
As of Monday afternoon, Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer is positive but has doubts about the status of Antetokounmpo.
“Giannis, like we said, receives 24-hour treatment, doing his best to be available,” said ESPN’s Eric Woodyard.
The stadium’s Shams Charania reported that the 25-year-old would feel the way he did before Game 4. He pointed to Giannis’s preference for playing, echoing the Milwaukee coach’s words.
“I mean, I know how hard he’s going to work,” Budenholzer said. “I know how well our sports function organization is going to work. It’s just to say but I guess so there is hope. We do not rule it out; so i guess until you hope i’m excluded. Once again, he will do his best to be available, and we’ll see how the next 30 hours go. “
But if Giannis can’t play, the Bucks will rely heavily on All-Star ahead Khris Middleton. He had 36 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists in the game 4 win.
After this competition, the focus will shift to the Lakers and Rockets in a vital game for Game 3.
Houston is looking for a disappointing result. The Rockets overcame a 21-point deficit but collapsed in the fourth quarter and fell 117-109.
Russell Westbrook struggled in the loss, completing 10 problems on four of 15 shots, adding a 3-point record of 1-in-7. Although he had thirteen rebounds and four assists, he also committed seven turnovers.
“Right now I’m running,” Westbrook said. “I have to watch a movie and find out how to be effective. “
And while Westbrook seeks adjustments, Anthony Davis and the Lakers have opted for an adjustment.
Davis has said continuously throughout his career that he doesn’t need to play center. But unlike the small-ball Rockets, he can be very effective in the paint. This was demonstrated in Game 2 when he scored 34 problems on 15 of 24 shots and 10 rebounds.
“I try to stay as close to the basket as possible,” Davis said later, via Sean Highkin of B / R.
LeBron James added 28 points, 11 rebounds, assists, 4 steals and two blocks in the recent win.
The Lakers are the favorites by five points Tuesday night.
